Is it always possible to locate a mobile phone?
If the telephone is not switched on or if the network of the relevant Telecom provider is not compatible with the Phonetrack software, no positioning can take place. Some operators have implemented Home Routing. This means that a query, regardless of where the phone is currently located, always shows the address of a Mobile Switching Center of the operator, making it impossible to determine the current location.
